  • Are there families with small children in the area?
  • Why aren't there more single family homes (or villas) in some areas?

3. Walk around in the neighborhood.  The best way to determine the friendliness of the neighborhood is to walk around in it and meet its residents.  The best way to arrange this type of tour is to...

4.  Book a Real Estate Assessment Tour, so you to can see first hand what all the buzz is about.  Our tours are indebth and take 6 or more hours, viewing properties of special interest, several beach accesses, shopping and dining amenities and so much more.  Lunch, drinks and a gift basket are included in our affordable full day tour rate.  All the questions above are answered (and more) during the tour.
