Short, Mid & Long term Rental Properties

Reliable Realty DR specializes in managing, promoting, and successfully booking short-term vacation rental (investment) properties, primarily as a "Value Added Service" for those clients who purchase condos or villas on or near the beach exclusively from Reliable Realty SRL.  The majority of the properties shown below are professionally managed by our property management team.

Rates Vary by Season, number of bedrooms, proximity to the beach, dining and shopping, and the amenities offered inside the property.

Low Season is:  May - October / High Season:  Mid Nov. - late April

A few properties offer better rates and longer terms over low season.

Short Term: 5 days to up to 2 months (sometimes 3 months if falling into low season)

Mid Term:  2 - 4 months.  Special rates apply May - October on most of the properties we represent

Long Term:  5 - 12 months or more - special pricing applies.  Rental rates may or may not include maintenance fees. 

Reliable Realty DR offers a few Mid to long-term rental properties, (See below), however, at this time we are only Property Managing short-term/ vacation rental properties.
